Air Separation Process Online Analysis System (CI-XT64B)
The CI-XT64B Gas Analysis System is specifically designed for gas sample conditions in cryogenic air separation processes. Through proper configuration and optimized matching of analytical instruments and gas pretreatment units, the system ensures full adaptability to the demanding process environment. Gas sampling pretreatment plays a critical role in the system’s overall accuracy and reliability. Before reaching the analyzer sensor, the sample gas must undergo dust, oil, and moisture removal, while maintaining the integrity of its original composition to ensure precise and stable measurement results.

Principle Of Air Separation:
Cryogenic air is the use of O2, N2, Ar in the air with different boiling points (O2: -183 °C, N2: -196 °C, Ar: -186 °C) for many times to carry out the partial condensation of the mixed vapor and the partial evaporation of the mixed liquid rectification process, and finally separate and purify it
