High-Sensitivity VOC Monitoring with Reliable Quantitative Analysis
The CI-PC9200 series is an advanced online gas chromatograph designed for continuous monitoring of Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in industrial exhaust gases, even under complex and harsh environmental conditions.
It is equipped with a high-sensitivity flame ionization detector (FID) and a long-life sample-cutting valve. Under the action of a carrier gas, the sample passes through dedicated quantitative tubes for methane, total hydrocarbons, and benzene-series compounds. These are then directed to corresponding chromatographic columns for separation, followed by FID detection.
The system provides accurate and reliable quantitative analysis of each individual component. With its compact structure and rugged design, it is well-suited for fixed installation in demanding industrial applications.
